ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Bargain Square Ltd.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
  • In the event your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Bargain Square Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards, and any other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
  • We use secure, encrypted payment processing. Bargain Square Ltd does not store your full card details.

  • You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible.
  • Certain items may be exempt from returns, including perishable goods, personalised items, or hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
